What We Deliver

Delivery Timeline

Digital passes are typically delivered within 5–15 minutes of successful registration and payment.

In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to system load or verification requirements.

Delivery Method

Event passes are sent via email and/or SMS to the registered contact details.

Please ensure your email address and mobile number are entered correctly during registration.

How to Access Your Pass

  • Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from thelittlechamps.ap@gmail.com.
  • If you opted for SMS delivery, look for a message containing your QR code or pass link.
  • You may also log in to your account on our website to download your pass.

Non-Delivery Issues

If you haven’t received your pass within 24 hours:

  • Verify your payment confirmation.
  • Check for typos in your email or phone number.
  • Contact our support team with your registration ID.

Changes & Reissues

If you need to update your contact details or request a reissue, please contact support at least 48 hours before the event.
